Privacy notice
The short version
The Road does not ask who you are. There is no account, no sign-in, and no upload. Everything you type into WAIT™ stays in your own browser on your own device and is never transmitted to us.
What is stored, and where
- Your WAIT™ answers. Held in your browser's local storage under the key
wait.assessment.v1, so you can leave and come back. Removed completely by “Clear my answers” on the WAIT™ page, or by clearing site data in your browser. - Your storage disclosure choice. A single small record so the notice does not reappear on every visit.
What is never collected
- No documents. There is no upload feature anywhere on this site.
- No sensitive identifiers. Do not enter national identification numbers, tax numbers, financial account numbers, dates of birth, or case numbers. WAIT™ never asks for them and does not need them.
- No name, address, email, or phone number.
- No profiling and no sale or sharing of personal information.
Cookies and advertising
As of today The Road runs no advertising cookies and no analytics cookies. Reserved advertising zones exist in the layout of educational pages, but they render nothing until an advertising publisher ID is configured, and no advertising code is loaded in the meantime.
If advertising is introduced later, the disclosure banner on this site is built to be replaced by a consent management platform, so that consent is requested before any advertising or measurement storage is set. Your choice will be recorded and revocable from this page. No advertising is placed inside the WAIT™ tool, beside its controls, beside primary calls to action, or on this page and the terms page.
Children
The Road is general educational material and is not directed to children.
Your control
Because nothing leaves your device, you already hold everything. Clearing your answers deletes them; there is no copy for us to delete, export, or correct.
Changes
If this notice changes materially — in particular if advertising, measurement, or any form of collection is introduced — the change will be stated on this page before it takes effect.
Contact
A contact route for privacy questions is required editorial work and will be published here once a monitored address is in place. Please do not send documents or personal details to The Road.
