Test a Claim
Claims are leaves. Evidence is fruit.
These are not debunk pages and they are not endorsements. They are audits. Each one separates the part that is real — an instrument, a form, a procedure that genuinely exists — from the extra step promoters add, which is almost always the claim that the thing works automatically. That extra step is where the money and the exposure are.

How to read these pages
Every page follows the same order, because the order is what does the work. First, the direct answer. Then what promoters typically claim, so you can recognise the pitch. Then the dependencies that have to be established — source, authority, obligated recipient, actual authority to accept, governing rule, triggering facts, acceptance mechanism, consequence of rejection, forum, and evidence of successful use.
Where authoritative citations have not yet been entered for a page, that page says so plainly. The Road does not publish unsupported factual claims, and it does not ask you to take its word for anything you can read yourself.
